Trusting God Era

We’ve officially entered the Trusting God Era, a season where worry no longer gets the final say.

Scripture reminds us clearly in Matthew 6:34: “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own. “So why do we still do it? Why do we carry the weight of tomorrow when God has already promised to handle it?

Here’s the truth: constant worrying doesn’t just rob you of peace; it also harms your body. Chronic stress raises cortisol, the “stress hormone.” And when cortisol stays high, your blood sugar rises, your insulin spikes, and inflammation spreads through your body. Over time, it wears you down physically, mentally, and spiritually.

But God never designed you to live like that. He gives us clear instructions not to worry, not because He wants to control us, but because He wants to free us. His commands are not restrictions; they’re protection.

Yes, trusting God can feel easier said than done, but He has a flawless track record. Every promise He’s made, He’s kept. You can depend on His Word even when you can’t see the outcome.

Father, I lift up everyone reading this. Teach us to rest in Your promises and to release every anxious thought into Your hands. Silence every looping voice of fear and doubt. Fill us with peace that surpasses understanding. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
